American Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced and strategic Technical PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is critical for establishing governance, standardizing project management methodologies, and driving the successful execution of our technical and IT project portfolio to support our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the entire portfolio of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project reporting, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.
• Facilitate resource planning, allocation, and risk management across multiple projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage and optimize PMO tools and software to improve efficiency and visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO leadership or management role, preferably within a technical environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a healthcare IT environment is a significant advantage.
