NMC Healthcare is seeking a versatile and patient-focused Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients about various health conditions, and offering emotional support. You will work within a dynamic, inter-professional team to ensure the highest standards of health, wellbeing, and safety for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and identify patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create, implement, and monitor patient care plans.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, manage IV therapies, and assist with various medical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.
• Facilitate the safe admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate license to practice as a Registered Nurse from the relevant UAE health authority (DHA).
• Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an outpatient or clinic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of an inter-professional team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to use electronic medical record platforms.
