NMC Specialty Hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist in ENT (Otolaryngology) to provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical services. This role requires a commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development while managing clinical risks and ensuring compliance with all governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of professional and ethical clinical ENT services to patients.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medical records for all patients.
• Ensure excellence in medical practice through continuous professional development for self and others.
• Execute all clinical services in an ethical and responsible manner to maintain professional integrity.
• Comply with all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies, use appropriate PPE, and report any hazards or incidents.
• Adhere strictly to the Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI) policy, including hand hygiene and environmental care, to minimize infection risks.

Qualifications

• Basic medical degree and completion of a specialty qualification/program (fellowship/diploma) in ENT recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience as a Specialist.
• At least 1 year of Specialist level experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.
• Specialty certification recognized by the UAE healthcare authority (e.g., Membership from Royal College, Arab Board Certification, MS, DM).
• Active and valid life support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Eligibility for registration with the relevant healthcare authority in Dubai.
