The Impact You Will Make

Working under the guidance of our Theatre Manager and Clinical Lead, you will:

• Deliver Specialized Care: Provide high-stakes clinical monitoring and support for patients waking from anesthesia.

• Collaborate: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, anesthetists, and fellow nurses to ensure seamless post-op transitions.

• Assess & Act: Use your clinical judgment to evaluate patient needs, manage pain, and intervene swiftly when required.

• Champion Quality: Uphold the "Ramsay Way" by maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient-centric care.

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualified Professionals: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.

• Experience Levels: While previous PARU, surgical, or theatre experience is a plus, we are highly supportive of Transition to Specialty candidates. If you have the drive to learn, we have the tools to train you.
