Description
Ramsay Health Care is looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator to join the team at Warringal Private Hospital in Melbourne. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in developing and managing clinical research projects that drive real improvements in patient care. You’ll be joining a growing national research network and contributing to groundbreaking studies within a supportive healthcare environment.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Coordinate daily operations of sponsored and investigator-driven clinical trials.
- Recruit and manage participants, ensuring all data and visits align with trial protocols.
- Assist with study start-up activities and ensure trials are activated efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the National Clinical Trials Network to enhance research initiatives.
- Develop and maintain systems that support ongoing research operations and compliance.
What you'll need to have:
- A qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, or Science/Research.
- Previous experience coordinating or managing clinical research projects.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience)
