We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive mental health care at our state-of-the-art ambulatory care center. You'll manage a diverse panel of patients, including geriatric and post-deployment combat Veterans, in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide a full range of therapeutic interventions, including medication management and psychotherapy.
- Manage a panel of outpatients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
- Develop treatment plans, conduct suicide risk assessments, and provide crisis intervention as part of a collaborative team.
- Collaborate effectively in team meetings and treatment planning conferences to enhance the coordination of patient care.
- Potentially participate in the supervision and teaching of psychiatric residents and contribute to on-call duties if needed.
What you'll need to have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry.
- A current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory.
- U.S. Citizenship (note: non-citizens may be appointed if qualified citizens are not available).

Annual Salary:
$260,000 to $270,000
