Step into a leadership role at VA Manchester where you'll guide the Medicine Specialty Service. You'll shape patient care, drive quality improvements, and build a top-notch team while enjoying strong federal benefits and big perks like loan repayment.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Oversee all patient care in Medicine Specialties, focusing on access, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead quality assessments and improvements for the entire service line.
• Handle clinician privileges, evaluations, recruitment, and mentoring to meet productivity and access goals.
• Chair committees, attend meetings, and advise on new services and policies.
• Provide direct patient care as an attending physician and document in CPRS.

What you'll need to have:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an approved school.
• Current, full, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed accredited residency training in a core specialty.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (and/or subspecialty).
• American Heart Association BLS certification and proficiency in English.
