We are looking for a compassionate Psychiatrist to join the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System in Rochester. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for Veterans utilizing a patient-centered team approach.
• Provide a full range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Work across various settings such as outpatient clinics, telehealth, and residential programs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate consults and triage specialty clinic referrals.
• Participate in teaching and supervision to support the VA mission and future medical professionals.

What you'll need to have:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any US State or territory.
• Completion of an accredited residency training program in Psychiatry.
• Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Psychiatry is preferred.
• US Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are not available).
