We are looking for a skilled Infectious Disease Physician to join the Veterans Health Administration in White River Junction, Vermont. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Diagnose and treat complex infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Lyme disease, and Hepatitis B and C.
• Provide expert consultation for inpatient needs and manage ongoing care in outpatient clinical settings.
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice nurses and physician assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with other specialties and health team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, peer reviews, and mandatory medical education to maintain the highest standards of care.

What you'll need to have:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any US State or territory.
• Completion of an accredited residency training program.
• Board Certification in Infectious Disease is highly preferred.
• US Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are not available).
