Orthopedic Surgeon Job, Mather CA | Sign-On + $200k EDRP

The VA Northern California Health Care System is looking for a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to provide exceptional care to our nation's veterans. In this role, you'll diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, perform surgery, and guide patient rehabilitation. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Diagnose musculoskeletal problems, prescribe treatments, and perform required surgeries for our veteran patients.
• Develop long-term strategies for treating illnesses and disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
• Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including various non-surgical treatment options and rehabilitation planning.
• Instruct and educate residents, and collaborate with a team of radiologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists.
• Participate in an on-call schedule to provide continuous, high-quality orthopedic care.

What you'll need to have:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Orthopedic Surgery.
• You must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Extensive experience in Arthroplasty is highly preferred.
• A current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State or Territory, and U.S. Citizenship.
