🎓 Skills and Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or MD)
• Completed residency in Neurosurgery
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE (or eligible for licensing)
• Proven experience in microsurgery and neuroanatomy
• Ability to interpret complex diagnostic imaging reports
• High manual dexterity, precision, and strong eye-hand coordination
• Resilient under pressure; capable of handling long hours and emergencies
