Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-and-family-centered nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.
• Use the nursing process to deliver exceptional care, from assessment to implementation and evaluation.
• Guide and monitor the work of paraprofessionals and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the entire healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination.
• Skillfully administer medications, manage IV treatments, and perform wound care with precision.

What you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• A current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of California.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Previous clinical experience in nursing is necessary; a CNOR certification is a big plus.
