You'll have the autonomy to assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them on their path to recovery. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Design and carry out personalized rehabilitative programs to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and increase strength.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop effective, individualized Plans of Care (POC).
• Use your independent judgment to progress treatments and make discharge decisions that best serve your patients.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance for our physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Act as a clinical instructor and mentor for physical therapy students, helping to shape future professionals.

What you'll need to have:

• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• At least two years of recent, hands-on experience as a physical therapist.
