Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, western educated Tier 1 or Tier 2 Consultant Psychiatrist for the position of a Medical Director for their client in Dubai which is a new international wellness center catering to mental health treatments for children and adults. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 15 years to 18 years of PQE out of which the current 5 years must be in Dubai or UAE in a leadership role apart from the clinical practice within a hospital setting preferably.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
• Serve as Medical Director for new international wellness center
• Provide leadership in clinical and administrative capacities
• Lead facility catering to mental health treatments for children and adults
Clinical Excellence:
• Maintain clinical practice alongside administrative duties
• Ensure high standards of mental health care delivery
• Oversee clinical operations and quality of care
Facility Development:
• Lead development and operations of new wellness center
• Apply experience in wellness center management (preferred)
• Establish clinical protocols and procedures
Requirements
• Native Arabic speaking
• Western educated
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 Consultant Psychiatrist
• Minimum 15-18 years PQE
• Current 5 years must be in Dubai or UAE in leadership role apart from clinical practice within hospital setting preferably
• Candidates with experience in leading new or existing wellness center in Dubai/UAE would be ideal
• Psychiatrists holding DHA Eligibility, DHA, DOH or MOH license would be preferred
• Note: Candidates without work experience in UAE would ideally not qualify for this vacancy
• Alternative: Overseas candidates who have mental health IP or OP experience/rehabilitation hospital experience may also apply
Compensation
Salary: AED 75,000 plus family benefits and incentives
Note: Salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
