Staff Nurse (MICU) – Abu Dhabi

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DOH licensed MICU Staff Nurse for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a JCI accredited multispecialty hospital. We are seeking experienced critical care nursing professionals to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit team in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Requirements

• DOH licensed Staff Nurse
• Mandatory MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) experience
• Nurses who have passed the DOH exam are eligible
• Strong critical care nursing skills
• Experience with ventilator management and monitoring
• Knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures
• Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Important Notice

Note: Nurses without MICU experience would not qualify for this vacancy.

Compensation Package

Salary: Up to AED 13,000 per month
