Charge Nurse (MICU) – Abu Dhabi

Description

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DOH licensed MICU Charge Nurse for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a JCI accredited multispecialty hospital. We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee the Medical Intensive Care Unit operations and provide exceptional critical care nursing leadership.

Key Requirements

• DOH licensed Charge Nurse
• Mandatory MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) experience
• Nurses who have passed the DOH exam are eligible
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong critical care nursing skills
• Experience with ventilator management and critical care protocols
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Staff scheduling and resource management experience

Important Notice

Note: Nurses without MICU experience would not qualify for this vacancy.

Compensation Package

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month
