Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, western trained Tier 1 or Tier 2, Consultant Adult Psychiatrist for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is an international chain of outpatient centers. We are looking for Consultant Psychiatrists who have a minimum of 8 to 10 years PQE out of which the current 5 years must be preferably in any of the GCC countries.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Treatment:
• Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
• Design individualized care plans using a variety of treatments
• Examine or conduct laboratory or diagnostic tests on patients to provide information on general physical condition or mental disorder
Patient Care & Assessment:
• Gather and maintain patient information and records, including social or medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals
• Analyze and evaluate patient data or test findings to diagnose nature or extent of mental disorder
• Counsel outpatients or other patients during office visits
Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress
• Advise or inform guardians, relatives, or significant others of patients' conditions or treatment
Quality Assurance:
• Review and evaluate treatment procedures and outcomes of other psychiatrists or medical professionals
Requirements
• Native Arabic speaking
• Western trained
• Tier 1 or Tier 2
• Consultant Adult Psychiatrist
• Minimum 8-10 years PQE
• Current 5 years must be preferably in any of the GCC countries
Compensation
Salary: SAR 75,000 plus benefits
Note: Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience of candidate.
