Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon

Position Overview:

• Join a leading medical facility in Dubai’s Pediatric ENT Surgery department.
• Deliver advanced diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for ENT disorders in children.
• Promote high standards of care and clinical innovation.
• Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis & Management

Evaluate and treat a wide range of pediatric ENT issues such as airway blockages, hearing problems, and sinus infections.

2. Surgical Expertise

Perform advanced pediatric ENT surgeries including:

• Endoscopic sinus surgery
• Airway reconstruction
• Tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy
• Cochlear implants

3. Personalized Care Plans

Design tailored treatment plans that support each child’s specific condition and promote quicker recovery.

4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

Work closely with other specialists like pediatricians, audiologists, speech therapists, and ICU doctors for integrated care.

5. Family Education

Inform and support families with clear instructions on post-surgery care, treatments, and preventive measures.

6. Clinical Excellence

Follow the latest medical research and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

7. Teaching & Mentorship

Train and mentor junior doctors and contribute to their professional growth.

8. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all care meets UAE healthcare laws and international standards for patient safety.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Board-certified in Otolaryngology; subspecialty training in Pediatric ENT preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-certification experience.
• Western medical training (USA, UK, Canada, etc.).
• Eligible for DHA/DOH/MOH license.
• Strong surgical skills and experience with complicated pediatric cases.
