Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist

Position Overview:

You will join a well-established hospital's Pediatric Endocrinology department in Dubai, providing expert and compassionate care to children with hormone-related (endocrine) medical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & Treatment:
  Identify and manage pediatric endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid conditions, and growth irregularities.

• Personalized Care Planning:
  Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on modern medical advancements.

• Team Collaboration:
  Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

• Patient Monitoring:
  Handle both initial assessments and regular follow-ups to evaluate the patient's progress and adjust treatment accordingly.

• Family Education:
  Explain medical conditions and treatments clearly to children and their families for better understanding and cooperation.

• Research Participation:
  Contribute to research projects and advancements in pediatric endocrinology.

• Stay Updated:
  Keep current with new evidence-based practices and developments in the field.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in pediatric endocrinology.
• Board certification in pediatric endocrinology preferred.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric endocrinology.
• In-depth knowledge of pediatric endocrine conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Western-trained education/experience is mandatory.
