📋 Full Job Description:

Position Overview:

• Join a top-tier ENT department in Dubai.
• Offer surgical and non-surgical care for ENT disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, manage, and treat ENT conditions including sinus infections, hearing issues, and throat disorders.
• Perform specialized ENT procedures (e.g. tonsillectomy, endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty).
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated care.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnostic outcomes and prevention.
• Participate in internal audits, clinical trials, and ENT medical research.
• Keep current with the latest ENT technologies and surgical innovations.

Requirements:

• MD or equivalent with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Board certification in ENT is preferred.
• Hold or be eligible for a medical license in Dubai (DHA/DOH/MOH).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ENT Specialist or Consultant.
• Strong background in advanced ENT surgeries.
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills.
• Western education/training is mandatory.
