Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer-centred assessments and develop individualised therapy programs to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Implement reablement, restorative, and evidence-based exercise programs, including pain management and falls prevention.
• Prescribe appropriate equipment and perform safety assessments to enhance resident independence.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to innovative, AN-ACC-aligned models of care.

Requirements

• Recognised tertiary degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Valid National NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Completion of the NDIS module "Quality, Safety and You".
• Proof of current season influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
