Healthcare Australia (HCA) is hiring a permanent Physiotherapist to join our industry-leading Allied Health team in Narrabeen, NSW. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver consumer-centred assessments and restorative, evidence-based interventions within residential aged care, helping seniors achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer-centred assessments and develop individualised therapy programs to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Implement reablement, restorative, and evidence-based exercise programs, including pain management and falls prevention.
- Prescribe appropriate equipment and perform safety assessments to enhance resident independence.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to innovative, AN-ACC-aligned models of care.

Requirements
- Recognised tertiary degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Valid National NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the NDIS module "Quality, Safety and You".
- Proof of current season influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
