In this flexible agency role, you will provide person-centered support in a variety of settings, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and in-home care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional daily living support and care aligned with individual goals and personalised care plans.
• Provide support to individuals with a range of mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities.
• Apply safe manual handling techniques while promoting client dignity and safety at all times.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate and strong practical skills.
• Valid NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current National Police Check.
• Full, unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence.
