We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the dental implants division for a global leader in the dental industry. This leadership role is focused on achieving sales targets, expanding market share across the Middle East, and mentoring a regional team to drive clinical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the dental implants market share.
• Lead, mentor, and support two direct reports located in the UAE and Lebanon.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental clinics, and distributors across the region.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose tailored strategies to enhance product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical education, and product teams to ensure successful campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust plans to meet evolving market needs.

Qualifications

• A degree in Dentistry is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of regional experience in dental implant sales or business development.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Prior experience managing teams across multiple geographies is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
