Employment Information
- The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will deliver medical care and support as part of a multidisciplinary team, consistent with their clinical training and experience. This rotational position involves assignments to different clinical specialties throughout the year, including Blacktown Hospital, Mt Druitt Hospital, and Bathurst Base Hospital. The RMO will assess and manage patients under senior supervision, develop clinical decision-making skills, and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Applicants must have completed at least one year of postgraduate training in an Australian hospital or equivalent, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
