Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide compassionate, competent, and collaborative care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Apply your critical thinking and clinical skills across designated fast-track, subacute, and acute care areas.
• Work within a supportive, interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest professional standards and ethical frameworks.
• Commit to lifelong learning and reflective practice to continuously improve patient care and your own professional growth.
• Effectively manage your time and responsibilities in a dynamic setting with rotating day and night shifts.

What you'll need to have:

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• A flexible, team-player attitude and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• While a BScN, CC1, and ED experience are preferred, we are willing to sponsor qualified applicants through the Emergency Certificate Program!
