We're looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our Med Surg team. In this role, your skills, attention to detail, and compassion will be key to creating a healing environment for our patients and supporting a team that truly values you.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide focused nursing care by administering medications, managing lines or drains, and helping with interventions like cardiac monitoring.
• Closely watch patients for any changes in their status, such as heart rhythm or oxygen levels, and quickly escalate concerns.
• Keep timely and accurate records to ensure the entire care team stays coordinated and informed.
• Help patients and their families understand complex medical conditions and the steps needed for recovery.
• Work closely with RNs, doctors, and specialists to guide patients from intensive care toward a healthy recovery.

What you'll need to have:

• A current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• A degree or diploma from an accredited vocational nursing school.
• The ability to obtain your Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of starting.
