Does your healing mission matter? We have a unique opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to not just join a practice, but to build one. Frye Regional Medical Center is looking for a GI physician to spearhead the development of a newly formed, hospital-employed GI clinic in Hickory, North Carolina. 

As a valued member of the Lifepoint Health team, you'll have the resources and support to create a premier service line, with plans to grow to three physicians and continued APP support. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and growth of a new, hospital-employed gastroenterology clinic.
• Perform a mix of inpatient procedures and outpatient clinic work, including general GI and ERCP.
• Work in state-of-the-art facilities with two hospital endoscopy suites and plans for three more in the outpatient clinic.
• Join a team with another full-time GI and a supportive APP.
• Enjoy guaranteed OR block time and the potential for a flexible schedule.

What you'll need to have:

• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Proficiency in general GI and ERCP procedures.
• A North Carolina medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for building a top-tier service.
• An MD or DO from an accredited program.
