Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient examinations and health assessments. 
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions. 
• Create personalized treatment plans and prescribe suitable medications. 
• Educate patients on preventive measures, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. 
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. 
• Keep accurate, confidential, and current patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. 
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion efforts. 
• Stay informed about medical advances, guidelines, and best practices. 
• Provide emergency medical care when needed, always prioritizing patient safety. 
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
