Consultant Urologist – Pediatric Specialty (Ministry Hospital, Dhahran)

Job Summary:

• Join a Ministry hospital in Saudi Arabia as a Consultant Urologist with a focus on Pediatric Urology.
• Diagnose and manage urological and pediatric urological conditions through advanced medical and surgical techniques.
• Provide expert care and consultation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough exams and diagnostic tests for pediatric urological patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, suggest surgical interventions where required.
• Offer specialized consultations to the medical team on pediatric urology cases.
• Collaborate with other departments (pediatrics, surgery, nephrology) for integrated patient care.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date patient records complying with hospital protocols.
• Engage in medical research, residency education, and continued professional development in Urology and Pediatric Urology.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS or equivalent.
• Specialization: Saudi Board or equivalent international certification in Urology.
• Subspecialty: Fellowship or formal training in Pediatric Urology.
• Licensing:
  • Valid license in country of origin.
  • Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as Consultant Urologist or Pediatric Urologist.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years post-specialty experience in Pediatric Urology.
  • Minimum 2 years at Senior Registrar level in Pediatric Urology.
• Skills: Expertise in pediatric surgical procedures, teamwork, and international hospital standards.
