The CALHN SEED (Success = Education + Employment + Development) Graduate Program is designed to provide you with paid employment in a role that directly relates to your field of study. This is a unique opportunity to gain professional experience, complement your qualification, and help us build the next generation of Aboriginal health professionals.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Receive on-the-job mentoring and support from our dedicated teams and SEED Student Ambassadors.

What you'll need to have:

  • Be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
  • Have completed or be nearing completion of a relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
  • A passion for making a real impact in the health and wellbeing of your community.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
