NMC ASSETCO LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Urologist with oncology experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced medical practices and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis, pre-operative, operative, and post-operative management for both major and minor procedures
Deliver preventive care as part of an integrated curative and preventive health program
Manage both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IP) cases, ensuring diligent follow-up and continuity of care
Assume after-hours responsibility for surgical cases and conduct daily rounds for hospitalized patients
Consult and collaborate with other specialists for complex cases beyond your expertise
Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient records in accordance with hospital standards and Joint Commission accreditation requirements
Work closely with anesthetists to determine appropriate anesthesia for procedures
Participate in in-service activities, including lectures, conferences, and clinical rounds
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability in all aspects of the role
 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Doctor of Surgery (MS) in Nephrology/Urology from an accredited institution
Certification by the American Board of Urology, Member of the Royal College of Physicians, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing urologist, with oncology experience preferred
Current licensure in country of origin and eligible for DOH specialist license in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Excellent command of English (oral and written); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a patient-centered approach
Adherence to medical department policies, confidentiality standards, and hospital bylaws
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, families, and colleagues
