American Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our Physician division. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier medical talent, ensuring all processes align with AHD and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements. This role is vital for building our team of world-class physicians and promoting American Hospital Dubai as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for physician positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
• Post job advertisements on internal and external websites and utilize various job portals to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with department heads and stakeholders.
• Prepare and release job offers, briefing candidates on pre-employment medicals and the DHA licensing process.
• Liaise with department directors to identify specific recruitment needs and ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Ensure all recruitment timelines meet established benchmarks and provide monthly reports to the Recruitment Manager.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times to promote the organization and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) related audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience within the healthcare industry in the UAE.
• Proven skills in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, Bayt, and Naukrigulf.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
