• Position is permanent full-time, located at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital in Clearwater, BC.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM.

• Treats patients from multiple care settings:
  • Acute care
  • Outpatients
  • Long-term care
  • Home health
• Ensures continuity of care through all stages of recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engages in client assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring outcomes.

👥 Team Support

• Supported by a Rehabilitation Assistant who:
  • Helps implement rehabilitation treatment plans
  • Monitors and reports on client progress
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary professionals for holistic, patient-focused care.
