๐Ÿฅ 1. Provide Complete Nursing Care

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in compliance with hospital protocols and international standards.
  • Work independently or alongside physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

๐Ÿฉบ 2. Monitor and Record Patient Health

  • Check and document vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and heart rate.
  • Observe and note changes in physical or mental conditions.
  • Update medical charts accurately and in a timely manner.

๐Ÿ’‰ 3. Administer Medications and Perform Treatments

  • Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Perform injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures safely.
  • Monitor for side effects or complications during and after administration.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ 4. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Medical Teams

  • Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other nurses to deliver integrated care plans.
  • Participate in patient rounds, discussions, and medical decision-making.

  • Provide health education related to disease prevention and post-treatment care.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and their families about medication usage and lifestyle adjustments.

๐Ÿงผ 6. Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment

  • Uphold hospital infection control practices and hygiene standards.
  • Sanitize equipment, maintain sterile environments, and properly dispose of medical waste.

๐Ÿ“‹ 7. Accurate Clinical Documentation

  • Record nursing interventions, responses to treatment, and any incidents promptly.
  • Use electronic or paper health record systems per hospital regulations.

๐Ÿšจ 8. Emergency Preparedness

  • Respond instantly to life-threatening situations (e.g., cardiac arrest, trauma cases).
  • Administer CPR, use resuscitative equipment, and call for needed medical backup.

๐Ÿ›ฌ 9. Local Availability in Saudi Arabia

  • Applicants must already be in Saudi Arabia on a transferable visa (local hire).
  • Must be able to start work immediately upon job offer and clearances.

โœ… Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with valid Saudi-recognized license.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical/hospital experience.
  • Exposure to diverse patient demographics preferred.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Compassionate and highly attentive to patient needs.
  • Able to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Adherence to Saudi Arabian cultural and healthcare standards is mandatory.
