We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene services and procedures, educating patients on preventative oral care, and performing thorough assessments to support their overall dental health. You will play a key part in promoting a healthy and safe environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, fluoride, and whitening treatments.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, documenting any abnormalities.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative dental care.
• Perform Periocharting and sub-gingival scaling for patients with Periodontal Disease.
• Refer patients to appropriate dental specialists (GP, Orthodontist, Periodontist, etc.) as needed.
• Maintain dental equipment, ensure a clean and safe working environment, and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Participate in community and corporate events to promote oral health and increase patient footfall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Dental Hygiene.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and best practices.
• Private hospital or clinic experience is preferred.
