📋 Full Job Description:

🔍 Position Overview:

  • Consultant-level full-time position at a tertiary-care cancer center in Dubai
  • Focused on managing solid tumors and hematologic malignancies with advanced therapies

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat various types of cancers including breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, lymphomas, and other malignancies
  • Develop individual chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy regimens
  • Use genetic and molecular testing to support precision oncology practices
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiologists, hematologists, and palliative care teams
  • Deliver compassionate care, including end-of-life support and patient family education
  • Monitor outcomes and treatment side effects using hospital EMR systems
  • Contribute to clinical research, data collection, and international cancer protocols
  • Maintain compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and documentation standards

🎓 Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized Western institution
  • Board certification in Medical Oncology (e.g., American Board, MRCP + CCT, FRCP, FRCPC, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Consultant Oncologist
  • Must be Western-trained (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand)
  • Eligible for or holding DHA license
  • Excellent skills in decision-making, multidisciplinary teamwork, and patient communication
