Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Director of Operations and Functional Medicine Specialist for their client in Dubai, Jumeirah which is a premium wellness and longevity medicine boutique. We are looking for a female, DHA licensed Functional Medicine leader who combines expertise in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, Longevity, flair for Boutique Operations and proven influence in Social Media Networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional medicine consultations with a focus on holistic, personalized patient care
• Lead and oversee day-to-day boutique operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience
• Act as the face of the brand, leveraging your social media presence and fan following to build community trust and engagement
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that reflect the values of wellness, innovation, and premium care
• Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and establish the boutique as a market leader
Requirements
• Female candidate with DHA licensing
• Leading name within the functional and longevity medicine industry in Dubai
• Subject matter expert in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, and Longevity
• Proven experience in boutique operations
• Strong social media presence and influence
• Fellowship in Functional/Longevity medicine (preferred)
Compensation
Salary: AED 60,000 per month, plus incentives
