Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained Consultant Urologist for their client in Kuwait which is a reputed multispecialty hospital. We are looking for Board certified, fellowship trained Urologist Consultants. In order to qualify for this vacancy, the candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience post Fellowship. This role requires the Surgeon to setup the Urology department at the Hospital and hence, Surgeons with prior experience in setting up and leading the Urology department would be ideal for this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership:
• Setup the Urology department at the Hospital
• Lead and establish the Urology department from inception
• Develop departmental protocols and procedures
Clinical Excellence:
• Provide comprehensive urological care and surgical services
• Establish clinical standards and best practices for the department
Requirements
• Western trained
• Board certified, fellowship trained Urologist Consultants
• Minimum 10 years of experience post Fellowship
• Prior experience in setting up and leading Urology department would be ideal
• Preferred qualifications: ABMS, CCT, CCST, RCPSC, CFPC, M Med, CMSA, FRC, CSCST / similar qualifications
• Note: Urologists without the minimum required work experience would not qualify for this vacancy
Compensation
Salary: KWD 6000 plus family benefits
Note: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
