Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, Clinic Manager for their client in Dubai which is a group of Dental clinics. We are looking for a Clinic Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Dubai at a large or medium sized dental clinic. Directly reporting to the owner, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for the clinic P&L.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
• Directly reporting to the owner
• Responsible for the clinic P&L
• Management of staff coordination with doctors
• Retention and manpower management
Regulatory & Compliance:
• Experience in all matters related to Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Quality and compliance management
• Ensure regulatory adherence
Business Operations:
• Business planning and operations
• Service improvement initiatives
• Operational efficiency and effectiveness
Representation & Communication:
• This is a front end role requiring the Clinic Manager to represent the clinic
• Handle all matters concerning the Physicians
• Act as primary interface for clinic representation
Requirements
• Native Arabic speaking
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Dubai at a large or medium sized dental clinic
• Experience in all matters related to Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Experience in business planning, operations, quality and compliance
• Note: Clinic Managers without the required number of years of experience within a Dental clinic would not qualify for this role
Compensation
Salary: AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month
