Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, native Arabic speaking, preferably a Saudi national, Chief Financial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a large healthcare group which owns and operates hospitals and clinics across Riyadh and KSA. We are looking for Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 20 plus years of experience and a minimum of 5 years current experience as a CFO within a large healthcare group with multiple medical assets.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Strategy:
• Responsible for all financial operations, including growth and profitability management
• Professionally manage services and activities for multiple service lines and strategic planning
• Act as resource and consultant to Board of Directors and CEO in directing financial strategies
• Provide planning, forecasting and guidance for investment strategies
Operational Management:
• Operational oversight and management of existing healthcare facility management contracts
• Manage new physician and facility affiliations and alliances
• Create environment providing superior physician and patient services, clinical quality and lower costs
• Align incentives within spectrum of providers involved in healthcare service delivery
Analysis & Reporting:
• Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future growth
• Prepare annual budget and generate, analyze and present monthly financial statements
• Prepare cash flow statements and ongoing financial analysis to Board of Directors
• Prepare necessary regulatory cost reporting and stay current with rules and regulations
Corporate Administration:
• Responsible for corporate administration of external relations with joint ventures, vendors, providers
• Develop and maintain financial and budgetary goals and objectives
• Oversee development of departmental business plans supporting organizational goals
• Communicate and coordinate corporate information for leadership and governing bodies
Team Leadership & Compliance:
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Medical Records and Patient Access teams
• Oversee organization's financial accounting systems maintaining strong internal controls
• Ensure clean annual audit in full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Update and revise internal control policies and procedures for compliance
• Develop clear financial plan consistent with organization's strategic programs and initiatives
Requirements
• Western trained
• Native Arabic speaking
• Preferably Saudi National
• Chartered Accountants
• Minimum 20+ years of experience
• Minimum 5 years current experience as CFO within large healthcare group with multiple medical assets
Compensation
Salary: AED 80,000 per month plus family benefits
