Provide high-quality, safe, and effective patient-centered nursing care to pre- and post-operative medical patients. Work in compliance with HMG policies, perform clinical procedures, monitor patient status, and engage in multidisciplinary teamwork in line with JCIA/CBAHI standards.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients at HMG. Responsible for accurately capturing patient information, processing invoices, scheduling appointments, answering queries, and ensuring patients receive prompt and professional service during visits.

Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to pre- and post-operative patients while ensuring compliance with HMG protocols, multidisciplinary coordination, and international care standards such as JCIA and CBAHI.
